Tostitos Scoops: Nothing artificial
Let me quickly introduce and recommend a “new party look” Tostitos Scoops. This is another version of tortilla chips that comes in scoop-like shapes designed to help you with grabbing more salsa than usual.
Scoop salsa well with Tostitos Scoops!
There is nothing wrong with that: salsa is a healthy vegetable snack and the Tostitos Scoops contain no toxic food additives to avoid. Remarkably, this is a rare case when a product contains only… three ingredients and no added preservatives, no artificial colors or flavors. Good move, Frito Lay!

Tostitos Scoops: Risk and Nutrition
However you should know that the corn chips are relatively high in salt (sodium) content: 5% of RDI per serving and whooping 50% per whole bag. I hope you are not going to empty the whole bag at once, are you?
The DyeDiet diagram looks good: half-green and half-yellow. This means that you will be exposed to ZERO health chemical risk of: DDFI = 0/5 = 0 and you will receive reasonable nutritional value of DDNF = 5/5 = 1.
Please note that the snack is highly energy saturated: it contains 140 calories per serving of some 13 chips that is 1400 calories in the whole bag. Wow! This Tostitos is quite an energy snack! But do not be afraid of calories too much. You need them to be physically and mentally active and productive. In general, you need to eat less high calorie food to accomplish given amount of work per unit of time. The key point is to burn all the calories you consume, not to let them precipitate in the form of fat in your body sitting on a couch before a TV. Exercising, hiking, cycling, running or playing chess are just a few ideas of how to deal with calories. Make your pick!
Bottom line. Tostitos Scoops tortilla chips are a good energy product with a little too much salt in it. In the same time, it does not contain trans fat, MSG or other food additives that are not a part of the human’s diet. For this reason it should be considered as a safe, non-allergy food suitable for any party event or as an occasional snack as long as you are reasonable and do not overly consume salt and calories you are not going to use.

I want you to review Coconut Wave soda of Walmart. It says on the bottle “All Natural Flavors and Calorie Free”. But it contains blue coloring, aspartame, and acesulfame K. I think the DDFI will be much higher than the Sparkling Cherry Limeade. Do itt for your next review.
At least do it for the review if you can find the product.
Since there is no labeling requirement, 99% likely that the corn is GMO. It is almost impossible to avoid.
Yes, unfortunately, you are right. Same about pesticides in fruits and pollutants in water and air…
So this makes my point: We have to avoid chemicals DELIBERATELY added into our food.
